Pitch Night is Back on July 9th
Featuring twelve innovative real estate platforms and how they're generating returns in today's environment
Thesis Driven Pitch ‘Night’ is back.
Every quarter, we pick a handful of the most interesting sponsors and concepts to come out of Thesis Driven’s courses and network, and they each get seven minutes to present their concept (and live deal, if applicable) to real estate investors.
This quarter’s pitch night is happening a week from today on Wednesday, July 9th from 3-4:30pm ET. If you can’t make it, don’t fret—all registrants will get the recording and opportunities to be introduced to the presenters.
Last time, we got over 300 investors in attendance and made dozens of introductions.
So why are we doing this?
We see the forums that exist for tech entrepreneurs to get in front of venture investors—accelerators, incubators, pitch nights, and more—and we believe new real estate operators should have that too.
For real estate investors, there’s no pressure or obligation to invest. At a minimum it’ll be a great opportunity to meet some emerging sponsors and learn about things you wouldn’t otherwise have seen. And we promise it won’t be a parade of identical value-add multifamily and pref equity deals. This is Thesis Driven; there will be weird and innovative things. If you would like to meet a particular presenter, just email us after the session and we’ll connect you.
This isn’t a deal pitch. It’s a lens into how top emerging operators think. Each sponsor gets 7 minutes to share their thesis, followed by rapid-fire Q&A with Paul Stanton and me.
If you’re an accredited investor and would like to attend, go here to sign up.
For participants, it’s a unique opportunity to get in front of real estate investors. There are so few forums for this kind of thing in the real estate world, and most that do exist are pay-to-play and of questionable quality.
We have an opportunity to do better—helping sponsors get off the ground while showing investors opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise see.
