Our story

Brad Hargreaves

Real estate has always been a story of vision. A parcel of land, a vacant warehouse, a zoning map: on their own, they're empty. In the hands of the right people, these spaces become warm homes, caring communities, vibrant workplaces, and exciting cities.

Today, the forces and challenges shaping real estate are shifting and growing faster than ever. It's time to build and develop a new generation of investors and operators with experimentation and innovation at their core.

The question at the heart of our work is simple: What's next in the built world? It's the question we return to each week, with our essays, interviews, courses, workshops and products.

Because the truth is: the future of real estate doesn't arrive on its own. It's imagined, funded, and built by investors, entrepreneurs, and operators like you.

We believe the future belongs to those who don't just follow the crowd, but lead with conviction about the future.

They're Thesis Driven.

I came into real estate the hard way: self-taught, book by book, deal by deal. Nothing prepared me for how wild and complex real estate really is.

Thesis Driven quickly became my home base to get the right support and direction from fellow entrepreneurs who get it, plus the practical tools, playbooks and strategies I use every day. The community is full of caring, thoughtful people who are actually delivering exciting projects to market that inspire me.

In a few months, I went from figuring it out alone to tightening my thesis, building LP-ready materials, finding serious investors, and closing on new projects with more confidence. It's been a game-changer for me.
