Innovation in the built world happens because talented and driven people make it happen. While we spend a lot of time on macro trends and new technologies, it’s just as important to acknowledge the people driving the real estate industry forward. Today’s letter kicks off the Thesis Driven 100, our list of the individuals doing the most to drive the future of real estate forward.

We made a point to select individuals from a wide variety of roles and perspectives. Our final list has a mix of technology entrepreneurs, real estate executives, creatives, investors, and policy / public sector advocates. Some of them are widely-recognized names and some of them aren’t—it would’ve been easy to put together a list of big machers and we intentionally didn’t do that.
