Come join us as we build a new kind of real estate company
Editor’s Note: Thesis Driven is hiring! I don’t often send this kind of thing out to the whole list, but the Chief of Staff is a key role for us as we build the Thesis Driven business and brand.
We’ve been fortunate to see incredible growth over the past 12 months—particularly in our courses and data products—and it’s time to take things to the next level and grow our team.
I had a lot of success with the Chief of Staff role at Common, with most serving in the role for ~24 months before going on to either take an executive leadership role at Common or elsewhere.
Take a look at the job description below and please forward along to anyone who might be a fit! — BH

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to help us take Thesis Driven to the next level. Over the past 18 months we’ve built the premier publication covering the future of the built world and the evolving real estate industry. In 2024 we launched new education and data products serving the real estate market as well as incubated our first minority-owned technology company. We are profitable while growing 10%+ month-over-month, and we have taken no outside capital.
As Chief of Staff, you will take over Thesis Driven’s operations, managing the day-to-day of our newsletter, courses, and data products. You will work closely with Thesis Driven founder Brad Hargreaves on everything from shaping the big picture to nailing the details. You will directly manage Thesis Driven’s offshore teams in the Philippines and India as well as our guest writer program. You will operate our education business, learning from a founder who previously built and sold an education company for over $400 million.
A typical day for our Chief of Staff may involve:
This is an exceptional role for anyone looking to get real operating experience in the front seat of a growing business as well as build a substantial network among the people who matter in real estate.
This is a full-time, in-person role taking place in Manhattan. Compensation is $125,000 per year plus benefits.
Go here and complete the form and we’ll be in touch!
