The Capital Markets Summit is a one-day, invitation-only event in Midtown NYC on Tuesday, August 4, co-produced with Bisnow. The room includes 100+ investors from firms like KKR, Nuveen, Two Sigma, ICONIQ, Jordan Park Group, Slow Ventures, Madison International, and Sopris, alongside the operators building the next generation of real estate asset classes and capital structures.
The day covers new capitalization models (co-GP partnerships, platform investments, SMAs, continuation vehicles), the 2026 allocation playbook from the investors deploying capital right now, underwriting the real estate operating company, family office allocation strategies, the GP studio model, AI tailwinds reshaping asset classes, debt and structured capital, social media as fundraising infrastructure, and (new) Operator Features across niche industrial, residential and hospitality.
The day runs from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with breakfast, lunch, curated networking, scheduled matchmaking meetings, and a closing reception.
