Who is Investing in Real Estate Tech? 2026 Edition

Our annual list of firms actively investing in real estate technology companies

Who is Investing in Real Estate Tech? 2026 Edition

Every year, Thesis Driven publishes the results of our exclusive real estate tech investor survey in which we poll representatives of more than 50 venture firms known to invest in the real estate tech category. (You can find last year’s results here).

For most firms, we were able to gather:

  • Whether or not they lead rounds and are still making investments;
  • Stages at which they invest;
  • Sectors of real estate tech they are most interested in;
  • Whether they invest in “PropCo” structures;
  • An example of a recent investment.

Read on for the full list. It’s for paid subscribers only; please consider subscribing to the Thesis Driven newsletter to support our work.

 If any investors not on this list would like to be included in future editions, please reach out to me at brad@thesisdriven.com for access to the poll. Firms are listed by earliest stage of investment focus, then alphabetically within each stage.
